Whether you need fresh ideas and creative thinking, or the discipline of a structured innovation process, this program will guide you through the process.

Develop new ideas that attract and retain customers
Test and measure traction for new concepts
This 7-session program will teach you how to apply customer-centered design methods that include customer insights, idea generation, implementation (testing) and income (sales traction). This is a project-based program where you’ll receive guidance to apply idea development methods to create a new or improved product or service. Sessions are bi-weekly starting April 14 and ending on June 30, from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm.
